SD Matrix is methyl based and should be taken for no more than 2 weeks at a time, and followed for at least 2 weeks by a good selection of PCT products.
During use, do not drink alcohol or whilst taking any form of medication. Drink at least 1 litre of water above your normal level.
For best results increase protein intake by at least 100g and carbohydrates by 150+g.
