Directions for use
We recommend you take 100g (2 x 90ml scoops) with either water or milk, subject to taste and tolerance to milk. It can be used between meals, after training, or an hour before training. People with larger physiques, hard gainers, or athletes, participating, in intense cardiovascular sports like cycling, rowing, swimming etc, may need to increase the serving size or number of servings per day.
