Standard delivery
Standard delivery is FREE on all orders over £30 from Nutrition Express. This is subject to availability, and does not include delivery to countries outside of the UK
Charges and options
Standard delivery is FREE on all orders over £30, or on any order when you opt to collect from your local shop (selected items); see below for details. For standard delivery on orders under £30 there will be a £2.12 + vat (£2.49 inc VAT) delivery charge.
The despatch time for a product is usually same day, however sometimes we may be awaiting a stock delivery, in which case we may sometimes experience a dealay of upto 48 hours. We deliver most items Monday to Saturday, 9am-6pm
Products may be sent out from multiple locations and therefore may arrive separately, but you won't incur additional delivery charges as a result.
If next working day or named day delivery is available for your order, we'll offer you these options at checkout.
If you'd like to have items sent to separate addresses, please complete a separate order for each address. A separate delivery charge will be made for each address when applicable
We cannot guarantee delivery within our usual timescales to a small number of remote rural areas.
On rare occasions some items may be delivered outside of the published timed windows.

Returns procedure
We hope you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to refund or exchange a product provided it is in fully resaleable condition. Returns should be made within a reasonable time (usually 28 days) and in original, undamaged packaging.*
If we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount. This does not affect your statutory rights.

Refund policy

Refunds can only be made to the original card of purchase. Refunds to a card other than the original can only be processed under the following circumstances:
- The original account no longer exists
- The original account details have expired
- The order has been placed exclusively with gift vouchers
- The recipient requires a credit
Products we are unable to refund or exchange
We are unable to offer a refund or exchange on personalised, made-to measure/order or perishable goods (such as food or food extracts products) unless they are faulty or not fit for consumption.
For reasons of hygiene, safety and copyright, we cannot refund or exchange the following products unless they are faulty:
- CD, DVD, tapes, software, videos or or other recording media, if seal is broken;
Delivery charges
We will refund your original delivery charge when a product is faulty or damaged.
Please note: We will refund the price of the item to the purchaser or exchange the product once it is received by us.
